My Story

I've spent 20+ years supporting young & established professionals - helping them navigate some of the biggest decisions of their #adulting lives & careers. After leaving Google, I launched THE SQUEEZE, to use my corporate + nonprofit expertise to create a community that gives professionals honest answers and guidance to your career questions.

My career has been dedicated to bringing resources to historically underrepresented communities, through nonprofit, corporate, and state government teams. Working both locally and nationally to address educational inequality by strengthening nonprofit programming, identifying unique public-private-nonprofit partnerships, and taking teams from comfortable to confident.

What JuiceBar Members Say:

"Extremely helpful and it feels like having a family working towards the same goal of accomplishing great things.”

“I would highly recommend the squeeze to anyone looking to start their career out of college, but especially someone who is first-gen and/or working class because the topics covered and advice Ashlea has to offer. The entire program was very organized and clear. I love how frank and open Ashlea is about topics others may shy away from (ie. questions about class, gender, race, salary, etc.). It is so meaningful to finally get answers to questions people are always avoiding.”
